Seat pans and the subframe connector
The replacement floor brace, is wider than the factory units, so I had to weld an extra block of 3/16 plate steel on the end of the subframe connector that inserts into the floor brace. This made for a good tight fit, and made welding easier. Otherwise the subframe connector install followed the passenger side. If you want all the details, click here.
On the drivers side, I decided to not install the seat pan (Upper or lower) until I had the subframe connector in place. When I did the passenger side, it was a tight fit, and hard to get everything aligned. By not welding in the seat pans until I had the subframe connector ready, I could get everything lined up as a unit, this worked out really well, and I highly recommend.
